Shipping policy

Custom Items Shipping Policy

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing and shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.

Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. KNK Designs & More is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

After your payment is authorized and verified:

  • standard orders can still take up to 4 business days
  • express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and 
  • rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process.

This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

In-transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.
